Looking for Workplace WiFi assessment in Nanjing? NETK5 has planned, measured and fixed office wireless in China since 2002. Our engineers survey with Ekahau, on site — and we do it in offices where the network carries Teams calls, trading terminals and a hundred laptops at once, not just email. We survey offices of every size — from a single floor to a multi-site rollout.
An office WiFi problem is rarely the access points. It is the decade of changes nobody measured: a wall added here, a team moved there, a floor that gained forty desks and lost its coverage. A survey replaces that history with numbers.

We are not a single-city provider. NETK5 dispatches engineers across mainland China: our own team is based in Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and Hong Kong, and we staff projects elsewhere in the country as clients need them — Xi’an, Chengdu, Suzhou, Taixing and beyond. Outside China we have delivered rack-and-stack work and WiFi surveys in Japan, Korea, Singapore and Taiwan, usually for international companies coordinating several sites from a head office that has never been on site.
For Workplace WiFi assessment in Nanjing that matters in practice: work can be planned around a visit rather than a relocation, and the team that does the work hands over documentation the head office can actually use.
Since 2002 we have surveyed and optimised wireless for clients including McKinsey, Microsoft, Nestlé, JLL and Supreme NYC — offices, production sites and stores across China, and for our partner clients across APAC. Offices we have surveyed and supported range from law firms, architecture and design studios, consultancy and trading companies to investment offices and retail headquarters — dense environments where capacity and roaming fail before coverage does. We survey before a move as often as after it. We also look after De Beers boutiques in Xi’an SKP, Beijing SKP and Hong Kong — surveys, network work and day-to-day support for retail sites where the network is effectively the till.
Can you survey while the office is working? Yes, and we prefer it. An empty office measures differently from a full one. Reports carry heat maps and AP placement rather than opinions.
We are fitting out new space — is a survey useful before we move in? That is the cheapest moment to do it. Predictive design before the ceiling goes up prevents the expensive version later. Most problems trace back to the physical layer.
Do you cover all floors and the stairwells? Yes. Lifts, stairs and atrium voids are where roaming normally fails, so they are always in scope. Trading floors and open-plan floors get capacity planning, not just coverage.
Can you work alongside our global IT provider? Yes. Most clients keep their global standards and use us for local measurement and delivery.
What do you need from us to quote? Floor plans, occupancy per floor, and the applications that matter most.
Send us the floor plan and the problem. We will tell you what a survey in Nanjing would cover, how long it takes on site, and what it costs — before anyone travels.
